How and when did you start modeling?
I went out on a whim to a local photographer looking for models on a test shoot, just expecting to have fun. I ended up loving it so much I went to Coco Rocha’s modeling camp in New York in June and worked really hard to get signed to an agency after that!
What’s the most surprising thing you have discovered about modeling?
How supportive everyone is. I wasn’t expecting cattiness per se, but I was pleasantly surprised that everyone I’ve met has genuinely been very helpful with getting me started in the industry.
What is your favorite way to get model-ready?
Setting up my phone and recording myself practicing poses or making a top-tier playlist for when I get to the shooting location. Getting the mood right is key!
Where do you see yourself in the future?
College, and definitely still modeling. I’m determined to find a balance between education and modeling because both are huge factors in my life.
