Catherine Esselman

Catherine Esselman is the director of St'ArtUp317 and a member of the city's economic development team at Develop Indy. Currently, she is on assignment as the Interim Executive Director at Indianapolis City Market. She has creatively used commercial real estate as a tool of growth in these roles as well as raise the profile of the buying power of Downtown Indianapolis for local and national retailers.
