CEO, Owner of MORE Magazine

Meet Arianna Cruz, a community connector who resides in the Indianapolis area with her husband and two dogs. As the founder and owner of MORE Magazine, she’s on a mission to Make Opportunities Reachable for Everyone. Her passion for education and inspiration inspired her to start a magazine, calling on those wanting more for themselves, the people they love, and the communities they are in. In her day-to-day life, through work and play, she looks to build tables that have seats for all to sit and to have intentional conversations that lead folks to innovate in business endeavors, consider how they might create equitable pathways, and how collaboration breeds more opportunities than competition might.

She’s grown her career from Marketing + Communications to Business Development, and she’s presently serving as the Director of Market Development at Counterpart, a customized software company that looks to be a thought partner to companies and organizations expanding their capabilities through technology. As a bridge-builder between the startup and social impact sectors, she brings a unique perspective on leveraging technology to solve complex community challenges. Arianna looks to combine business strategy with deep empathy for stakeholders, enabling me to identify and create opportunities others might miss. Her day-to-day involves the exploration of partnerships that align with a vision of scaling positive impact through innovative business models and technological solutions.

Arianna started her endeavors at Indiana University Kelley School of Business Indianapolis (Go, Jags!). She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Studies, along with Minors in Communications and Economics. Arianna continues to serve her alma mater through her involvement with Women in Business and Kelley Connect (receiving the Business Champion Award in 2025) as well as the Women’s Philanthropy Leadership Circle. Her board service extends to the Steering Committees for LatinosINTech, Indiana Starters Coalition through Right to Start, and APAPA Key Leadership Program as a co-moderator. She also proudly serves on the Board for the Philippine Cultural Community Center, INtercollegiate Entrepreneurs, Central Indiana Women’s Business Center Outreach Committee, and as an ambassador for Indy Maven.

In her free time, Arianna is always on the go. You can catch her hanging out with her friends, shopping locally, and trying new foods. She’s a champion in supporting local businesses wherever she goes and trying new things that exercise her mind and body. Arianna is a Renaissance woman, always eager to learn and grow in every aspect of life. Get to know her and watch her spread her magic everywhere she goes.
