CreateWay connects high schools, community colleges, and universities with working creative professionals and entrepreneurs from Indiana and beyond. Through candid, real-world conversations, speakers help students understand what creative careers actually look like—and what it takes to build a sustainable path.

Sessions are designed to bridge the gap between interest and execution, offering practical insight into creative career pathways that are often nonlinear, entrepreneurial, and underrepresented in traditional career education.
